High season (March 1 to November 1): £620 - £690
Enhanced rate (Wimbledon Fortnight, Xmas/New Year and Easter): £690

BEAUMONT (up to 8 persons apartment)

PRICES PER WEEK:
Low season (November 1 to March 1): £790 - £850
High season (March 1 to November 1): £850 - £890
Enhanced rate (Wimbledon Fortnight, Xmas/New Year and Easter): £890-910
Central heating, hot water and electricity included
Minimum stay 1 week

6 weeks in advance, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Delta & Switch accepted

CANCELATION

Deposit not refundable. NO refunds for cancellations within 6 weeks of rental start date, unless we are able to re-let. You are advised to cover this with holiday insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Authority to debit a deposit equal to 1 week's rental must be signed on arrival which will be held (but not debited) until end of stay when charges for any laundry required of bed and bath linen, cleaning (if necessary, at £8 per hour), telephone and any other legitimate expenses will be debited.
